MQCS has highly qualified, experienced, and skilled Disability Support Workers, with qualifications ranging from Certificate, Diploma and Degrees in Disability Services. We also have highly skilled Registered Nurses/Psychiatric Nurses with long experience as Disability Support Workers and Personal care workers. This enables holistic quality care of participants, and quality outcomes. We are committed to adherence to the NDIS Code of Conduct for Service Providers and NDIS Code of conduct for disability service workers. Our staff have a sound understanding of the NDIS Act and NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework among all other Acts that govern the industry
